As the first person in charge of the project site, the project manager is responsible for overall management of the whole process of the project from sales handover to completion acceptance, and is fully responsible for all the specific implementation work of the project site.
Responsibilities:
1. Able to independently write project plan, project implementation cost analysis and budget;
2. Responsible for completing the demand survey of archive finishing projects and the refinement and confirmation of digital processing standards;
3. Responsible for file management and project management plan preparation; Responsible for project implementation and overall control of project progress;
4. Led, trained and managed team members to complete the file sorting project, and completed the project processing with good quality and quantity;
5. Completed project demand investigation and analysis, took charge of on-site communication with customers, and maintained customer relations;
6. Manage and follow up the whole process of project acceptance;
7. Responsible for the project process and implementation plan design, correctly prepare the project cost estimate form, and cooperate with the company to do the cost control of each project;
8. Cooperate with the company in the assessment and management of various project personnel;
9. Cooperate with the company in the coordination, daily management and personnel management of various projects, and timely solve various problems in the project.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 3 years related working experience in filing project;
3. Major in archival science, information management, archival books, logistics management and service is preferred;
4. Have good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, with a high degree of professionalism, responsibility and dedication;
5. Able to work under great pressure; Strong ability of expression and understanding;
6. Intermediate or above professional title of archives (librarian or above);
