Q: how long does it take your pet to go abroad?

A: normally, the whole process takes about 1-6 months, depending on the country of entry and the health of the pet. Vanpac GroupAsia allows your pet to complete the process in one to two months. Shorten your time abroad.

Q: what documents do you need for an in/out pet?

A: the usual documents required for inbound/outbound pets include vaccinations for pets, health certificates for pets that can handle the journey, and proof of vaccination for pets in some countries.

Q: is my pet on the same plane as me?

A: some countries, such as the United States and Canada, allow pets to be carried as excess baggage or cargo, while some countries, such as Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Singapore, require pets to be transported as cargo.

Q: what if my pet cannot leave as scheduled due to various factors?

A: if the pet cannot leave as scheduled, we can take care of it temporarily and try to arrange its departure as soon as possible. We will also keep close contact with you, so that you can safely give it to us.

Q: is it safe to transport pets?

A: pets are safe and comfortable to transport. They will be placed in a cage with plenty of room to move around, placed in air-conditioned containers, and given water to drink. We don't recommend giving them food on the way, though, as they should be satisfied before they set out. Over the past 30 years, we have safely transported more than 10,000 pets.

Q: do you need sedatives?

A: we generally do not recommend sedatives. Not only is this unnecessary, it can have side effects.

Q: what if my pet is huge?

A: the size of the pet is not an issue, and we can all make appropriate arrangements for it. Keep your pet comfortable and safe during this journey.

Q: which pets are not suitable for flying?

A: short-nosed dogs and short-nosed cats.

Q: what temperature is not suitable for pet consignment?

A: under normal circumstances, less than 7℃, more than 30℃ is not suitable for consignment.

Q: what temperature conditions are not suitable for air transport?

A:
1. Pets with infectious diseases;
2. Pets with heart disease and blood filariasis;
3. Those with respiratory diseases, such as emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, etc., may be aggravated by gas expansion during flight because they are not adapted to the environment.
4. Pets with ear, nose and throat, acute exudative inflammation in ear and nose, and recent middle ear surgery are not suitable for air travel.
5. Pets with severe anemia;
6. Pets that are pregnant for more than one month;
7. Pets who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery are generally not allowed to fly within 10 days of surgery. Pets with gastrointestinal bleeding can't fly until three weeks after the bleeding stops.

Q: are pets safe on airplanes? Will it be overwhelmed by the cargo?

Answer: all pet aviation consignment is aerobic cabin, pet is placed in a specific live cabin, and other goods are not in the same cabin, live cabin oxygen alone, very safe! At a constant temperature of 25-27℃, with lighting.

Q: how far in advance should I send my pet?

A: 2 hours in advance of random shipment, 3 hours in advance of individual shipment.

Q: how long does it take to pick up your pet when the flight lands?

A: pick up at the baggage turntable at random. Pick up at the airport cargo terminal after landing for 1.5-2 hours.

Q: did anyone feed or water the entire time?

A: our staff feed the food before take-off and put the registration kettle and food box on the air cage.

Q: do pets need to be quarantined when they arrive abroad?

A: some countries and regions will have certain isolation time for pets after they enter the country, and they can return home after the completion of isolation.

Hawaii, USA: 180 days
The United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, European countries (Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.) are not quarantined.

Q: what do we need to prepare before sending a pet?

Answer: normal aviation cage and relevant certificates (we can provide).

Q: can I come with you on international flights?

A: some foreign airlines allow pets in the cabin. (usually the weight is less than 5KG and the height of the soft bag is less than 27CM) into the passenger cabin, such as Air Canada, UA, Delta, Korean Air and Asiana.

Q: how long do I need to start booking?

A: international pet consignment booking time is as follows: the United States, Canada, Thailand, Vietnam, Spain, South Korea 7-15 days above, Singapore 1-2 months above, South Africa about 2 months, the European Union more than 3 months, Australia, Japan more than 6 months (* if you need to deal with urgent please communicate with our staff).

Q: pet in the process of shipping out of the accident to do?

A: we are very responsible to tell you: unless the plane crash, as long as your baby is healthy, the probability of accident is close to zero. In the event of an accident, the airline is such a rule: live animal transport, death at its own risk. In case of loss, we will compensate you according to the market price.
