At present, different countries have different regulations on the entry of pets from mainland China. Some only need to do the relevant health examination at home and get the health certificate issued by the authorities to enter the country (such as the United States, Canada, Russia, etc.). Some need to carry out the rabies antibody test of pets first, can enter the country after passing certain time (like most European Union countries and Japan, Singapore, etc.); Even some countries don't allow pets in mainland China direct entry, need to stay in a recognised third countries with a certain amount of time can be again, deal with relevant formalities by the third country entry (such as Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hawaii, USA and many islands authorized by the oie rabies not affected countries).

Please refer to the details in the entry and exit regulations column for other situations. If necessary, please consult webber international pet staff to explain relevant information in detail.

There are three ways to ship pets abroad:

The first is CARGO. (that means overweight pets can only be shipped by way of CARGO.)

The second option is "LUGGAGE," which means that the pet is checked at random under the weight allowed by the airline.

The third is carry-on baggage (that's some foreign airlines that allow dogs and cats to be small enough in the cabin).

1. CARGO. According to the regulations of mainland China, even if the pet is shipped by way of CARGO, the owner must go to the destination country within the same time period. The process is as follows:

1, to ensure that pets have been effective (refers to the vaccination of rabies vaccine within 21 days and less than 1 year) rabies vaccine vaccination, and obtained the Beijing pet health immunization certificate (as shown in figure 1)

4. Qualified animal health examination form issued by the official veterinarian

5. Apply for inspection at the representative office of Beijing entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau in pet hospital with the animal health inspection form and pet health immunity certificate, and apply for the customs clearance form and animal health certificate

6. Apply for exit cargo clearance and animal health certificate with companion animal health inspection form and pet health immunity certificate at the agency of Beijing entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau in pet hospital (see figure 2 below)

7. Bring all certificates, pets and air boxes (must be accompanied by drinking water and food boxes) in advance on the day of departure (depending on the requirements of each airline), and submit them to the customs declaration and inspection agency for transportation, customs declaration, inspection and customs clearance.

8. After all procedures are completed, you will get an AWB made by the airline company, and keep the AWB (as shown in figure 3 below).

9. I am traveling with you randomly. After arriving at the destination, I will take my passport and air waybill number to the freight office to pick up my pet. It usually takes 4-6 hours from landing to showering.

2. LUGGAGE

6. Go to the check-in counter of the terminal three to four hours in advance on the departure day with all the certificates, pets and air boxes (be sure to include drinking water and food boxes)

7, according to the pet together with the weight of the airline box after the payment, the airline will return a more than the weight of the bill, keep the bill, after arriving at the destination, directly to the OVER SIZE PACKAGE to pick up the dog.

3. Carry-on baggage

This method is not applicable to all airlines. Domestic airlines are not allowed to enter the cabin. Some foreign airlines allow small weight and small size pets to be carried into the cabin.

7. After paying the fee according to the weight of the pet and the weight of the airline case, the owner shall take the pet directly through the security check and put it on the plane under the chair in the front row of the owner's seat. However, the pet shall not disturb others.
